I spent 10 years working hard in project management, creating a life that I didn’t know I didn’t want. I didn’t realize at the time how completely burned out I was. I felt lost and confused, and I didn’t know how to come back to the vital, focused, and driven person I had always been.

After my body collapsed from stress and anxiety, I began the longer journey of physical, mental regeneration and emotional & spiritual integration. Years later, I recognize my long term discomfort and burn out for what it was: a spiritual wake-up call.

Learning about energy medicine modalities like Reiki, Bioenergy and Intuitive Channeling helped me reconnect to my Truth. After a profoundly healing experience in Egypt in 2016, I finally gave myself permission to be me again.

That revolutionary moment set a new course for my life. What a gift it is to rewrite our story! I wanted to share this gift with loved ones so that they could feel as I did in that moment: whole and complete, standing in my Power, aligned with my Purpose, and determined to make a difference in the world.

Ever since then, I have dedicated myself to the study and practice of energy medicine. My purpose is to empower others to embark on their own journey of self-healing, learning all the while that they have far more control over their reality than they might think.

My wish is that the knowledge you gain from understanding yourself empowers you to take the reins of your life and fulfill your unique purpose.

One very essential part of my journey is to understand the underlying motivations that drive a lot of our behaviours. The truth is that we have the freedom to pursue whatever we desire, but we don’t always have the freedom to choose that which we desire. I believe it’s time for a radical transformation in how we see our lives, ourselves, and our place within the world. It’s time to start living from our hearts, to answer our soul’s calling and to be bold and change the world by first looking within.
