As we begin this sacred six-month journey together, I want to acknowledge the courage and readiness you’re bringing to this space. Your willingness to go deeper, to heal, and to meet yourself with honesty and care is powerful. I am deeply honored to walk alongside you in this next chapter of your evolution.
This work, rooted in somatic awareness, energetic healing, and deep presence, is not just about releasing the past; it’s about reclaiming your wholeness. Over the coming months, we’ll explore the wisdom of your body, the language of sensation, and the subtle layers where memory, trauma, and potential live. This is a safe and nurturing container, designed to meet you exactly where you are, and support you into where your soul is ready to go.
You may notice emotions rise, memories surface, or your body speak in new ways. This is a sign of healing. These sensations are not obstacles, they are openings. I encourage you to stay curious, to soften into the process, and to trust your own pacing. Journaling, movement, rest, or stillness may all become allies on this path. Listen to what you need and honor it.
You are in control of your process, always. Your awareness, your breath, your intuition, they are the true guides. I am here to support and witness you with compassion and steadiness.
If at any time something feels unclear or tender, please bring it forward. Your voice matters in this space, and every question or reflection is welcome.
I see this journey as a sacred unfolding. One that brings you home, to your power, your truth, and your inner freedom.

𓂀 In-Person Session June 12, 2025
1) Your deepest compass is within. That intuitive voice, even when quiet, has always been guiding you. You are being asked now to trust it even more than ever before, especially when the outer world feels uncertain.
2) Receiving is part of the sacred feminine current. And to receive, we must feel safe enough to soften. This is part of the work: becoming more receptive, not by force, but by nervous system trust.
3) This was the anchoring theme. You are standing at a threshold: a moment when you are being asked to leap beyond your current known reality into a higher-voltage, soul-aligned timeline.
“Leap Into the Yes”
Self-Reflection & Activation
Take some quiet time—ideally in the evening with some calming music (528 Hz or another healing frequency)—and drop into your body. You can do this lying down, sitting in a supported position, or while walking slowly in nature.
When you’re ready, journal or speak aloud these prompts:
What does inner trust feel like in my body?
Where do I notice I still resist receiving—and where am I ready to soften?
What have I been hesitating on that my soul is ready to leap into?
Then, place one hand on your heart and one on your womb and repeat this healing invocation aloud or silently:
“I accept the offer of life so that I may truly live. Through unconditional love, I now invite and receive all assistance, salvation, protection, and inspiration. I am ready to leap into my next cycle of life, held in the loving grace of wisdom. So be it.”
And if it feels right… yes, you may literally leap!
Jump. Laugh. Shake your body. Let your nervous system feel what it’s like to say yes to life with your full body.

🔎 Excavation Ritual:
Meeting the Authentic Woman Within
Find a quiet space. Light a candle if you wish. Let this be a sacred container, safe, soft, and unhurried. You may want a journal or a voice recorder nearby.
Drop In – Create Inner Safety
Close your eyes and bring both hands to your body—one on your heart, one on your belly.
Breathe in slowly through your nose… and exhale softly through your mouth.
Let your nervous system know: It is safe to feel. It is safe to know. It is safe to be here.
Whisper inwardly or aloud:
“I am safe in my body. I am safe to explore. I am safe to remember who I truly am.”
Feel that safety ripple through you. Feel the ground beneath you holding you.
Sense the Guard Softening
Gently bring awareness to any places where the “guard” might still be holding on—maybe in your shoulders, jaw, chest, or belly.
Ask yourself:
Where do I feel like I’m still holding, protecting, bracing?
And then:
What would it feel like to let this part soften—even just 2%?
Feel the breath help loosen those places. You’re not forcing. You’re inviting. You’re letting the system know: it no longer has to carry this alone.
Call Her Forward – The Authentic Self
Now bring your attention inward—toward the part of you that is becoming. The one who is emerging now, as the layers of coping, control, and survival fall away.
Ask inwardly:
Where in my body do I feel her?
How does she move? What is her posture, her breath, her voice?
If she had a color or a texture, what would it be?
What is the yearning in her heart right now?
Let her answer. Let her show you—not from your mind, but from sensation, from intuition, from knowing.
Ask Her What She Needs
Place a hand over the part of your body where you feel her most alive.
Ask her:
“What do you need from me today?”
“What are you ready to let go of?”
“What truth are you here to live?”
Let her speak. Let her guide. Write down what you hear or feel. Trust the subtlety.
Grieve and Bless the Old Selves
If emotions arise—grief, anger, sadness—welcome them. You’re not broken. You’re releasing the roles that once kept you safe.
Whisper gently to those past selves:
“Thank you for protecting me. I see you. I honor you. And I choose to move forward now.”
Feel that mossy green love surrounding you, wrapping you in unconditional presence.
Anchor Her In
Stand up or sit tall. Imagine yourself stepping fully into this new version of you—this brave, true woman of depth and power.
Ask yourself:
What is one small action I can take today to honor her?
How would she walk, speak, choose, create?
Let her inhabit you.
Close the Ritual
Bring your hands back to your heart.
Say aloud:
“I am a woman of truth. I am grateful to become more of who I truly am. And I trust the unfolding.”
Blow out the candle. If you wish, you can journal or draw what emerged.
