Practice:

Self-Scanning for Energy Awareness

Duration: Approximately 15-20 minutes.

Materials Needed: A quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Steps:

1. Prepare Your Space: Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down. Take a few deep breaths to relax and ground yourself. Option to start in Gassho meditation with the 5 principles before calling the Reiki energy and your Spirit Team.

2. Set Your Intention: Close your eyes and set a clear intention for this practice. For example, you can say to yourself, "I intend to scan my own energy to gain insights into any areas of blockage or imbalance."

3. Begin Scanning: Imagine a ball of white or golden light hovering just above your head. Visualize this ball slowly descending down toward the top of your head, moving through your body as it goes.

4. Sensory Awareness: As the ball of light moves through your body, pay attention to any sensations, images, sounds, or feelings that come to you. For example:

  • Visual: You might see certain colors, images, or scenes within your mind's eye. Note what you observe.

  • Auditory: You might hear words, phrases, or sounds in your inner ear. Listen closely to any messages.

  • Knowing: Sometimes, you may simply "know" things without any sensory input. Trust these intuitive insights.

  • Physical Sensations: You might feel tingling, warmth, coolness, pressure, or other physical sensations in specific areas of your body.

5. Focus on Areas of Interest: As you scan, take extra time and attention when you sense areas of interest. These could be areas that feel blocked, tense, or energetically different.

6. Journal Your Findings: Keep a journal or notepad nearby. After each scan, write down your observations, including any sensations, images, sounds, or messages you received. Don't worry about interpreting them just yet; simply record what you experienced.

7. Repeat as Desired: You can scan your entire body in one session or focus on specific areas in different sessions. Feel free to repeat this exercise regularly to refine your abilities.

8. Reflect and Interpret: After your session, review your journal notes. Reflect on what you sensed during the scan. Over time, patterns and insights may emerge that help you understand your energy flow better.

Developing extrasensory perception takes practice and patience. Trust your intuition and the information that comes to you. With time and dedication, you'll become more adept at scanning your energy and gaining valuable insights into your own alignment and energy flow.

Each time you place your hands on your body, you’re saying: I am here. I am worthy. I choose to heal.

Even 10–15 minutes a day can create powerful shifts in your nervous system, emotional state, and overall energy field. This is your time to listen inward, release what no longer serves, and return to your center.
