I’ve felt that way many times myself on my journey to becoming an energy healer and Reiki Master.

Thankfully, I know now that getting overwhelmed in those workshops WAS NOT my fault.

You see, Reiki is often taught in workshop intensives. This is a perfectly fine way of doing things that certainly works for some people, but it sure didn't work for me (!) - not as a sensitive who tends to shut down when things get too overwhelming, which is no way to learn a new skill or open yourself up to your intuition.

1) Receive Your Attunement

Receive your attunement in a group ceremony to open yourself to the Universal Life-Force. Become initiated into the Reiki lineage and progress to the next level with integrity.

2)Watch Your Videos During the Week

Watch small bite-sized videos via email during the week leading up to our workshop together so you'll be prepared. Get access to the student portal the day before the workshop so you can catch up on any course material you missed.

3) Attend Your Reiki Workshop

Attend the workshop and get trained in Reiki in a way that doesn't get overwhelming. Focus on the work at hand, stay in the present moment, and work with your partner so you can learn how to give and receive Reiki.

4) Practice For 21 Days

You’ve got questions? We've got answers.

It’s completely possible to learn Reiki online and, in many instances, it’s a better method for teaching Reiki than in person!
You’re able to go through the material at your own pace, practice what you learn in between workshops, and overcome many of the logistical barriers that keep people from experiencing this hugely beneficial practice.
Plus in Reiki 2, we learn how to give distance Reiki to others. Because of this, learning Reiki online isn’t as difficult as most people think.
While I understand this could be a challenge for some people out there, I believe that, when it comes to these matters, if there’s a will there’s a way.
If it’s completely unrealistic to get your spouse, family member, or close friend to take this training with you for whatever reasons
Because hey, I get it. Not everyone is as into Reiki as we are... 😄
As previously stated your practice will evolve quicker if you start right away practicing on yourself, giving but also receiving Reiki. But at the minimum, you need to find someone who can receive weekly Reiki sessions from you to practice. If you find a partner you will easily give and receive one or twice a week which will boost dramatically your own healing.
So, yes finding a Reiki buddy is important but it is not necessary as you will focus on self-healing sessions until level 2.

It’s natural to have ebbs and flows in your practice when you’re first learning a new skill.
But that’s why we have our group coaching each week! To help keep each other on track and to support each other when that resistance comes up.
It is important to follow the practice and to keep the bar high by doing Reiki on yourself every day (even if it’s just for a few minutes). You’ll be amazed at how it impacts your life.
As I always say, it’s super fun to learn Reiki but this program is the opportunity to be within the few people who go deeper in their practice. It’s the best opportunity you can give yourself for a deep energetic realignment.
Because the techniques we learn in Reiki 3 are quite advanced and take some time to get used to, I’ve found that it’s best to go one week at a time.
So for Reiki 3, after we get through the first 21-day integration period, we focus on just one advanced technique per week for four weeks. As opposed to trying to cover everything in one integration period.
I’ve learned from my students that this is a much better way to learn and they feel so much more confident afterward as a result.
Each one of our coaching calls will be recorded and sent to you via email, so there’s no need to worry if you miss a Sunday.
However, with that being said, attendance for the Reiki workshops is necessary. If you can’t attend the workshop, you cannot progress to the next level of Reiki (please review the course calendar to make sure don’t have any conflicts with your schedule).
You will receive your certification at the end of the practice period. So for Reiki 1 and 2, that is after 21 days. And for Reiki 3, after 63 days.

My Experience With The Advanced Reiki Training

Why did you join this advanced training?

I joined Fleur’s Reiki program because I was feeling stuck in my life and dealing with anxiety. I wanted to reconnect with my energy on a daily basis and I felt that joining the course would help me support making that shift in my life.

What benefit did you notice as you practiced reiki?

As I started practicing Reiki more consistently, I found that my nervous system would stay more relaxed for longer after each session. The resistance I sometimes have around doing things that I know are good for me and “should” do (like exercising or meditating) started to melt away. So I found myself meditating, praying, and doing yoga more regularly and was able to make those changes in my life without as much guilt or shame or “taskmaster” energy.

I was also able to release some of the old stored-up emotional baggage I know that’s been holding me back and was able to begin some of the deep inner healing work I need to do to heal my neck and back. And the practice really helped to facilitate that work. I’m a lot more relaxed and in a lot less pain than I was when I started the program.

What was your favourite thing about the experience?

My favourite thing about the experience was being able to connect with others on a regular basis throughout taking the course and to be able to do some of the Reiki practices and healing sessions live on the calls. I also really enjoyed having the space to share whatever challenges or insights I was having during the week and to be able to do that in a supportive community of energy healers who were all so supportive, wise, and kind. Being able to practice with my boyfriend and have something to learn together was also a big bonus.

What made this training stand out?

Definitely the length of the program, which really just speaks to Fleur’s commitment to her students’ spiritual growth. She’s really there for you and is excellent at what she does, helping you navigate all the stuff that can come up when you start practicing on yourself and start doing sessions on others.
